Modifying your banking information on TransactCare is straightforward.
Here’s how to do it:
Log in to your TransactCare account.
Navigate to the “Autopay Setup” section.
Select the “Add a bank account” option.
Input your updated banking details.
Ensure you click on the “save banking info for future transactions” option before confirming any payment.
If you have any incorrect account details saved, don’t forget to remove them. To do so, find the specific account details and click the “remove card” button (displayed in red) located under the “Autopay Setup” tab.
