What do I need to setup an account with TransactCare?

Setting up an account with TransactCare is initiated by your facility partnership. Here’s how to get started:

1. Be enrolled at a facility that has partnered with TransactCare.
2. Await an invitation to register for an online account from TransactCare.
3. Once invited, have the following information ready:
   1. The name of your facility.
   2. Either your account number/MRN code combined with your last name OR
   3. Your first initial, last name, and your date of birth (DOB).
